1. Valid CNIC copy for adults & Form –B for under 18 children
2. 01 Recent Photograph with white background Matt Finish in size of 35* 50 MM.
3. Bank statement (last 6 Months) and Bank Maintenance Certificate. (Ending balance should be 3 Lac per applicant)
4. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
5. NTN Certificate,
6. Visa Official Fees
